14-day returns

You may request a return within 14 days after your order is delivered. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

Start a return

Please contact Little Wonder with your order number and the item you would like to return. Contact us before sending anything back. We will provide the approved return address and instructions for your return.

Do not send a return to the address printed on your parcel unless we specifically instruct you to use it.

Return shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs when returning an item by choice. If the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item, we will cover any return shipping required to resolve the issue. Contact us first so we can arrange the appropriate next step.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please contact us promptly with your order number and a description of the problem. Photographs of the item and packaging can help us resolve the issue. Items that arrived damaged or incorrect do not need to meet the unused-condition requirement for a change-of-mind return.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will let you know the outcome. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider determines when the refund appears in your account.
